- Inside arm: Highway 61 & 49 signs
- Back of arm: gramophone & 45 rpm record spindle
- Outside of arm: Heart with wife’s name, roses, decorated skull

Awesome.Thank you for sharing. I am planning my first tattoo and I loved seeing the progress on yours. I am really impressed with how well you integrated the original heart and how well it all plays together. The colors and style are fantastic.
Yeah, it ended up coming together nicely. We (me and tattoo artist) debated over the inside and back of the arm (signs & gramophone). I was a bit more directive here. On the outside, I gave a him an idea of what I wanted and let him run with it. Fortunately it came out great. Thanks again. London has some great tattoo shops. I know I am going to give into temptation…
